Are the numbers 1 and 2 the only ones needed for communication with pre-schoolers ?
Well here is my number 2.
That’s number 2 of my LLL theme series. Hopefully, you will not find it stinky at all.
I have to make it to LLL number 5 so I can do the mambo number 5.
Yes it’s LLL time.
LLL time is the time to share a laugh because laughs love sharing.
The linky thing at the bottom of this post will be open for about a week. Don’t have a link to share with everyone on this visit - no problem you can add anytime over the next few days.
I will also link to one of my funny posts, but before you get to that listen to this funny story.
Do you find your kids funny? At least some of the time when they are not destroying the furniture or whining, they can be your private comedy act.
Picture this - Buckingham Fountain - hot steamy summer day in Chicago - lots of people enjoying the fountain
(notice the refreshing spray drifting in the breeze)
Years ago when our youngest now-adult daughter was just a toddler we took her to a summer event in Chicago. As we are admiring the refreshing fountain along with of crowd of others, she noticed the spray of water. She couldn’t resist running to the water (I believe she is part turtle?).
Then the next thing really shocked us.
Standing under the spray, she turns to us, lifts her little arms to the sky and yells at the top of her lungs:
Let’s get naked !
We immediately grab her to prevent any shedding of clothes and quickly walked away wondering should we tell the crowd that we are really not those type people.
She always loved taking a shower. I say her mom gave her the phrase “let’s get naked” during the pre-shower preparation.
