Friday Fragments don't fail

Don't you think Friday Fragments could be called Meme-a-Mia and ABBA could sing it?

Mrs. 4444 created one of my favorite memes.  You can find FF over at her blog.  You might think I'm just saying that to be nice but seriously it is a favorite.  This is coming from someone does NOT even consider chocolate a favorite.  What does that have to do with FF?  I don't know.

Mommy's Idea

“Oh, my life is changing every day in every possible way”
- Cranberries

Stupidity has probably been around since the cave days, we hear about it much more now. Also, we have more opportunities to express our stupidity.
- Lisleman observation

"people will stand in line for a dead skunk if it's free"
- from a list of her mom's lessons Long Hollow blog

liquid lunch lions levitate from limousines as they line dance with lighthearted leprechauns
- Lisleman with 'L' stuck in his brain

I had fun creating that line above for a blog game once.  Here's the post if you like the letter 'L'.

I enjoy playing around with words and this blog allows me to fling them at you.  Watch out - here come a few FF titles I've posted before:

what the fragment, its Friday
from fragments to foofaraw
Fuzzy slipper Friday Fragment

I don’t tweet or twitter but please don’t be bitter.  Do you think that could be the start of song?  Maybe an epitaph?

I can’t blog

I personally will NOT stand in line for a dead skunk.  Unless someone made it into a hat

thanks

Bearman I always knew you had integrity and common sense.  But I bet you would draw a dead skunk.  thanks

Meme-a-Mia....I love it. Loved the quotes, too. :)

Feel free to use it if you like.  I'm not real sure how you would use it because the FF thing is like a brand now.  thanks for browsing by.

I don't love chocolate either. I don't hate it, but you know it's not my favorite.

Interesting I did not know that.  Now I need to change that order I was sending you.  How about Criadillas I just saw a recipe for those?  I would not send anyone those.  thanks

Your observation is so profound. If you put a camera in from of someone in the cave days  only the smart people would cave draw, the rest would put many episodes of Keeping Up with the Rockdashians.

My edition to the skunk being free (from hours of experience passing out free candy to thousands of people.) when they get theat free skunk people WILL complain.

Your comment about stupidity-----remind me of, "We have enough youth!  How about a Fountain of Smart?"

And your Friday posts of your fragments are my favorites!  And this comes from someone who does not consider chocolate her favorite! :)

"profound"  - wow thanks I thought it was Ok.  I like "Keeping Up with the Rockdashians"  could be a cartoon.  But you are right the smart cave people would be creative and probably burn their fingers.  What do you think cave teenagers did?  I guessing getting lost in the woods and eaten.  I think the gene pool trimming worked better back then.  You know your comment has given me more material and that's what is great about feedback.  thanks

Would we be smart enough to use the fountain of smart?  Not to be too serious (happens on occasion) but don't we have "fountains of smart" called schools?
But I tend to agree that youth is over hyped.  thanks

lisleman said...

thanks I'll take a look

thanks  - a very apropos comment and I don't know much French.
Really another non-chocolate lover?  Unknown Mami mentioned that too.  Women are so complex.  Just when you think they all love and adore chocolate.

A good day to you Sir! Thanks for the visit & I love the picture of the giant beetle :-) Happy Turkey Day!

The giant beetle picture was taken on a trip through Colorado.  It appears my BIL was taking care of business but he claims he was not.  thanks

I have always love the letter L.  I think it's the prettiest cursive letter.  Weird, I know!  I've seen/known/heard of a lot of stupid people.  I often wonder what God thinks when he watches everyone. ;)

You have some interesting thoughts here--like the one about stupidity best. I think that's certainly true.

lisleman said...

Capital cursive letters can be very curvy and appealing but I don't even write in cursive very much anymore.  I've heard some schools are dropping it.
thanks

One of the other things about stupidity is that in the cave man days if a person was stupid too many times they usually didn't live long!  Some animal enjoyed a nice caveman lunch.

You're awfully alliterative this week!

we need the saber-toothed tiger or maybe a few more Burmese pythons in FL.

How about amazing awe-inspiring alliterative articulation?
thanks
