world peace

Yes that's the answer.

No I'm not a contestant in a beauty contest. Just a passenger on this big planet wanting a peaceful ride through space.

I found this idea over at Jillsy's place today. I followed some links and ended up here --

If everyone believed (probably not possible to get that level of mass thinking) that everyone else in the world believed in peace for everyone there would not be any reason for fighting and war.

It doesn't hurt to spread a good idea like this.

I'd love to change the world but I don't know what to do.

I believe. (But I am not doing the peace globe this year - it's gotten all linked to facebook and I just have no interest in that kind of potential publicity.)

I'm a big believer in peace, and so I think the most effective thing that people can do is respond in a peaceful manner. The idea that you came across is a good one. The reason is works is because it's all about communication and sharing a common idea/prayer.

I think you do what you can do...if it's to smile at someone, then smile. If it's to help someone, then help. If it's to write about peace and join with others to make a bigger voice, then write and join...I'm a great believer that every single person that joins in is making a difference (after all, if every individual said they weren't joining in, there'd be nobody joining in, and there would be nothing to join...!)

I hope you will remember how important your one post is...it is the link to many more...and they, in turn, are linked to even more!

Wishing you and yours peace, harmony and happiness x
