Traveling on the outskirts of oblivion

This phrase comes from a song called “Mark Twain” by Michael Joy.

I feel like I’m on the outskirts of oblivion at times.

I tried to find a youtube clip of the song but there doesn’t appear to be one available. I’ve never seen his performance but I really like the lyrics to this song.

You can find the song and its lyrics on his web page.

I might just do a little traveling on the outskirts.

I don't think I'm quite ready for oblivion.

Just listened to the song, I really like it. At times the outskirts are nice, but then maybe the center would be better :D
