beautiful curves

If you didn't get here via Unknown Mami's blog, then you should check out her Sundays-In-My-City feature. It's a regular feature that's open to anyone.

Just back from a trip and saw some beautiful curves.

Any guesses for where this building is located?

It's the capitol building in San Juan Puerto Rico.

Oh there were some other really nice curves on the beach, but I didn't want to get in trouble taking those pictures.

Nice curves :0) I thought they looked very arabesque.

Wise man, stay away from those other curves. The pictures of the curves you did photograph are just beautiful. I can see the different scenes around the circles and the artistry is great. Hope your trip was fantastic. Happy Easter to you and your family.

I went to Puerto Rico Christmas before last, but was mostly on Vieques. When I go again, I'll have to check out more of San Juan.

Lisleman, it's good to have you back!

Have you ever seem the rotunda in the US Capitol building? Problem is, Michelangelo is still working on it because his social security ran out.

And thanks for the TurboTax video—now I have another excuse not to do our taxes: I have to learn ping-pong tricks first.

Gorgeous! I'm sure the curves on the beach were nice too, but I'm glad you shared these.

My daughter and her friend were assigning "thong fines" to some of those beach curves.

thanks
Yes I have a few times. It is worth a visit but I must say visiting it gets tougher as the security seems to increase. I don't know the history real well but I recall it took a long time to finish it - government job.

Our time in Old San Juan was short but good. I was impressed with the town. I heard Vieques is a great snorkeling place.

Yes over many years somethings do start to finally sink in. It was a great trip.

new word for me - arabesque - an artistic motif

Funny, I meant the beach kind:)

lisleman, I'm running late for the WTC post because I was late scanning pictures (at the office, no scanner at home). I'll post mine Thursday/Friday because I have to do Corner View due Wednesday early, Jane is in Spain and give it some space. Thank you.

you have become a busy blogger
scanner - pictures taken before you had a digital camera then
