An internet distraction lead to learning a new word. New word for me. It's now trending. She-who-takes-squirrel-pics showed me an example of this activity but we were both unaware of the term "splooting" back then.
So whileformulating procrastinating my next post, I was distracted by a squirrel picture (look squirrel!). I had seen this wildlife activity before but didn't know there was a term for it. Here's a similar squirrel picture she took from years ago.
