Crossing under the 'L' which forms the Loop and over to Grant Park for the Chicago Blues Fest.
great comfortable weather,
variety of Blues music,
and not too crowded - It was a good day to catch some blues.
I met these two Chicago ladies on my walk back to train. They didn't say a word just stared.

I love outdoor music festivals!
they can be very laid back and relaxing.
It's easy to catch the blues in some cities. I catch beads in New Orleans. Or food poisoning in Honduras. I haven't caught the blues lately, though.
Beads - ok but don't do any tricks for them
Food poisoning - awful
Any blues music in Honduras? I'm always surprised how music spreads to unusual places.
thanks
Hondurans love reggaeton, which comes out of Puerto Rico. It offends the ears.
Twice in my life I've caught a train to Chicago. Such fun, I think I need to do it again.
It was a commuter train but with all the stops you might of made it quicker with a direct from WI. One of the stops is my hometown.
thanks
I can't believe those statuesque women stared at you so blatantly.
Yeah they were cold as stone. No color, no warmth. thanks
