come on the peace train

We watched a few trains today.

This was at the Morton Arboretum. They call it the Enchanted Railroad. I asked one the "engineers" operating it, how long it took to set-up. He gave a detail schedule of so many days for the this and that step. It totaled about 4-5 days. It would be wonderful if we could set-up a peace train over 5 days.

I love miniature trains. We started collecting pieces for one years ago, but never quite finished it. This looks like a really cool one!

Trains are mesmerizing. Look at those transfixed little faces.

I think it easy to imagine riding or standing by a real train as it goes by. thanks Happy New Year

You know for that many children in the room, I don't recall any crying or fussing. They were definitely enjoying the action on the tracks.
thanks

Ah. Peace Train. In just five days, too. I would definitely climb aboard.

You know that song's not really about a train, right?

I love trains like that - - - wish I could have seen it.

Yeah but it's a good metaphorical train about the peace movement and playing it gives you a reason to wear paisley.

In my book, the wish for peace isn't a '70's concept. It's timeless.

I would agree with that.

It sure would be great if people could come together. Even agreeing to peacefully work on coming together would be a good start. thanks

It's a nice set-up. I suspect they would do it again next year. thanks
