I didn't know what the heck you were doing at first. Then I realized they were lines from movies. I HATE that Al Pacino phrase though. Makes me crazy!
you know it's a phrase used in the military, most army.
I really like "Scent of a Woman". I need to check if I posted my funny story about it.
thanks
Excellent! I am the worst at remembering movie lines.
I can't claim to remember them. The list of best movie lines (AFI http://www.afi.com/100years/quotes.aspx) really helps.
thanks
This is great. I knew where all this memorable lines were from. What can I say? Cinephile.
Curious, I can't remember any good lines from more recent movies.
Of all the blog posts, in all the blogs, in all the internet, I read into yours.
Sorry but that went over my head or somewhere. What are you talking about, "read into"? A play on a movie quote?
Maybe the recent movie lines have not ripen yet?
I used a list of them so I can not claim to have known all of them. very good and thanks
Play on Casablanca.
duh - I even used that one too. Maybe it's getting too late. Thanks for explaining. Ok it's late, here's a dumb question - beside your former governor/actor terminator quote is there any other Spanish/Latino language movie quote that is popular?
If it was popular you'd probably know it.
Where all the white women at?!

Such a blazing comment Pearl.
thanks
Wow - it is amazing how easily I can associate many of those lines with the matching movie? The weird thing is that I really do not see a lot of movies but I guess the lines are repeated so often that somehow I pick up on them. Very interesting post! W.C.C.
