A few weeks ago I-tunes (they offer a couple of free songs every week) offered a song by Hayes Carll (his names are backwards). I really enjoyed the lyrics of the free download and then I did what they hope you do - I brought a few more of his songs. He does a great cover of an old favorite “King of the Road”. I’m a man of means by no means king of the road.
“She Left Me for Jesus” had me smiling for days.
Most of the phrases in this post come from either “Down The Road Tonight” or “Another Like You”.
