You might say I'm taking an easy route to posting on the blog today.
But if you did. I would quote you.
I like quotes that either make you think or laugh. The best ones do both.
Here's some favorites. Who said,
- "It's not the men in my life that counts - it's the life in my men."
- "I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman, "Where's the self-help section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose."
- "I looked up my family tree and found three dogs using it."
- "A man in the house is worth two in the street."
- "Babies don't need a vacation, but I still see them at the beach... it pisses me off! I'll go over to a little baby and say 'What are you doing here? You haven't worked a day in your life!'"
- "When we remember we are all mad, the mysteries disappear and life stands explained."
- "Six quotes should be enough."
Put your guesses in the comments please.

I guess the first one was Mae West.
I'm going to ban my baby from any vacation :)
@ian, @zunnar
thanks for stopping by.
I'm going to let this run for a bit and then I'll put the answers in the comment section.
Number one is probably easier the older you are.
About banning babies from vacation - it depends on where you are going and if you have family to watch the little one. Is it really a vacation if you are changing poop and warming bottles.
I know #3,
Rodney Dangerfield who also said such jems as
"I told my psychiatrist that everyon hates me. He said I was being ridiculous, everyone hasn't met me yet."
and
"I went to a fight the other night, and a hockey game broke out."
@floormodel
thanks for adding - I miss Rodney
#2 I guessed george carlin or steven wright...so i googled it
and it was george... is that cheating?
here's a couple i like:
"Jesse Helms and Newt Gingrich were shaking hands congratulating themselves on the introduction of an antigay bill in Congress. If it passes, they won't be able to shake hands, because it will then be illegal for a prick to touch an asshole." Judy Carter
"I celebrated Thanksgiving in an old-fashioned way. I invited everyone in my neighborhood to my house, we had an enormous feast, and then I killed them and took their land." jon Stewart
Thanks for stopping in at the cliff walk...
btw, the house is out of the frame *smile*
@eddie
I would say resourceful, not cheating.
