I started a blog

which started the whole world facebook joining
...

Oh wait, stop. I should try that again.

I started a blog which started the whole world replying
But I didn’t see oh no, that the blog hooked me, oh no

I started to write which started the whole world reading
Oh, if I’d only seen oh no, that the blog hooked me

I looked at you tube, planning a ride down the Danube
And I fell out of bed, dropping like lead from words that I spread

til I finally died which started the backed up work flowing
Oh if I’d only seen oh no, that the blog was all about me.

Did you sing along? Maybe I can ruin another one.

And it's me you need to show.  How deep is your comment?

I had no idea what the song was until I hit the youtube clip...then it was vaguely familar and then your words were funny.

thanks - can you sing?  It would be great to get an audio version of it.

Ruin whatever you want.  I'll read any blog with Gumby in the picture.

Wow. Just wow. And are you saying that your blog will only become famous after your death?!  Let's hope we don't find out soon.

Damn - I didn't know it was that easy.  Just Gumby?  Wow maybe I could sell that as a dating tip.  Guys just dress up as Gumby.  The women will be hanging all over you.
thanks - I never knew.

Now THAT would take the fun out of blogging!
No, I tried to change that part but I died trying (Ha).  Maybe the song just means a type of figurative emotional death.  Mrs. 4444, cmon, it's a disco era song lets not get too deep here.
So do you sing?  I know you have a relative who sings - could be a big blog hit wonder.

If I sing along, the song will always be ruined.

I think it would make for a funny youtube clip but then again there are many younger people who are not familiar with the Bee Gees.  thanks  - oh how about tap dancing?

Oh, but they do Bee Gees spoofs on SNL with Justin Timberlake so I'm sure quite a few youngsters know about them.

Very clever. And yes, I consider the Bee Gees Aussies, their sister still lives here. I used to be madly in love with Barry - then Andy - and of cause danced to Saturday Night Fever. I am singing along in the privacy of my house - you would thank me for that! Surely we have a singer amongst us here? Go on be game Lisleman, next time you have to sing it yourself! The joke wont be on you, I promise!

Haha ... I started to cry but not sing along ... I don't sing in public ... that's reserved for showertime and anyone unfortunate enough to be within earshot ...

thanks - Did you keep any posters of Barry or Andy.  Lilly the disco queen = interesting.  Sing - I wish someone would give it a shot but not me.  My off key missed beat singing has been officially verified by failed auditions.  One blogger (Charlie maybe?) said it well - The only way I can carry a tune is by putting my I-pod in my pocket.

I don't even sing in the shower.  The other members of the house would probably start flushing toilets just to shut me up.
thanks
