extreme lost luggage

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us

You may have been hit by flying luggage Sunday around Midway airport. This story on the Chicago Tribune web site tells of a flight that dropped two pieces of luggage during the flight. It was a regional jet that had a faulty cargo door. Pilot noticed a cabin pressure problem are returned to the airport.

This updated article says the one piece that was found and fallen about a half mile into a rail yard. It sure would have been something to see it hit the ground.

Luckily no injuries occurred. I wonder if we will hear from the passenger owning the luggage or see pictures of it.
